1. Introduction:

The Daily Pump “$5,000 Shoe Shopping Spree” is hosted by TheDailyPump.com. The award (PRIZE) is listed on the TheDailyPump.com entry page and is sponsored by Shoe Compare LLC – a Nevada Corporation. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received across all online registrations. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received from all registrations during the Promotion Period, as defined below. The Sweepstakes is offered electronically, via the Internet except where otherwise prohibited by law. The contest duration will be dictated by the terms below and based on no winner will be determined until a set number of entries are received, as described below.

2. How to Enter:

To enter, visit TheDailyPump.com and follow the links to the on-line entry form. LIMIT: Entrants may enter only one valid to win. The Daily Pump, Sponsors and Promoters are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels. Additionally, The Daily Pump, Sponsors and Promoters are not responsible for any human error, lost/delayed data transmission, or omission, interruption, deletion, problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or injury or damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. The Daily Pump reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the The Daily Pump or Promoters, in The Daily Pump’s sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, The Daily Pump may elect to award the prizes to winners drawn from among all participants who have played the Sweepstakes at the time of cancellation. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage The Daily Pump or any Promoter’s Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, The Daily Pump and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to any person 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of The Daily Pump, Sponsors and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. An individual who wins a prize is NOT eligible to win another prize. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of The Daily Pump. All of The Daily Pump’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entries made online will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that e-mail address. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain.

4. Timing:

The drawing (”drawing”) will be conducted by The Daily Pump only once 30,000 valid entrants by way of email are received. The USD $5,000 Shoe Shopping Spree (the Award) will be awarded once and once only as part of this listed promotion. The prize will be a USD $5,000 retail credit towards the purchase of shoes, handbags or accessories in the form of a gift certificate from a store (online or offline retail) to be chosen at the sole discretion of The Daily Pump. Consideration may be made toward the geographic location of the winner. The total value of the prize must be equal to or less than USD $5,000.00 (minus tax and shipping fees) and will be for a single time use, with no further credit or cash value. Furthermore, the prize is non transferable, and may not be redeemed for any cash value. The Daily Pump or the sweepstakes Sponsors and Promoters are not responsible for any country duties or taxes levied against the prize shipment. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for other prizes, Sponsor merchandise, or cash, or for reasons of dissatisfaction upon winner’s receipt of (non- damaged) prize(s), unless specifically stated on the prize’s entry page or at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Winning:

The potential winner(s) will be notified by the email address provided at time of registration. All winners agree to have their first name, last name and state/country announced on TheDaily Pump.com and a picture to be supplied by the winner. By entering the sweepstakes, Entrants agree to become a TheDailyPump.com email registrant for future updates and promotions (with opt-out options). If any potential winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the first attempt, or if any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeit the prize(s). Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for The Daily Pump, Sponsors and Promoters to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Privacy:

The Daily Pump does not sell its Member list. Entrants’ full entry information may be shared with the Sponsors who are providing the prizes for the sweepstakes Entrants specifically sign up for. Sponsors may use this information to send Entrants promotional material specific to Sponsors’ products and services via email and/or postal mail.

7. Additional Terms:

By accepting a prize, winner agrees that The Daily Pump, Sponsors and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors or officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on prize, including luxury tax if any. All entries are the property of ShoeMinx, and none will be returned. Neither The Daily Pump, Sponsors nor Promoters are responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any material from The Daily Pump, Sponsor’s or Promoter’s Web site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by The Daily Pump, Sponsors, Promoter, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to The Daily Pump’s, Sponsor’s or Promoter’s Web site by a hypertext link. Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the State of Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Reno, Nevada; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys” fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant, The Daily Pump, Promoter and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Nevada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada. All federal, state and local laws apply.
