Most women simply throw their hair up in a baseball gap, grab a pair of jeans and slip on a pair of flip flops when nipping out to run a few errands. “Umbrella” singer Rihanna is in a whole separate category from “most women.” This reminds us of the “America’s Next Top Model” challenge in season 10 where the aspiring models were ambushed by the posing paparazzi for their photo shoot (or so we’ve been told). The model lesson: Always be ready for the cameras.
The Bajan beauty and reigning R&B couture queen has shown her love for these Balenciaga sandals before. Or maybe she just couldn’t get them off with all those buckles and straps. Seriously, it must take ages to get them on and off. But if you can afford a pair, chances are you can afford to a personal assistant to lend you a hand.
